Jack Hollenbach

Jack Hollenbach is a member of the Board of Directors. Jack was diagnosed with COPD in 2006. After relocating from Phoenix to San Diego, Jack received a double lung transplant in August of 2007. He received his Bachelor’s degree from DeVry University. Jack has over 20 years experience in the aerospace and construction industries. He is also a volunteer with his local library and Lifesharing, the Organ Procurement Organization for San Diego and Imperial counties. Jack oversees the distribution of the Foundation’s Patient Assistance Kits to local transplant centers
